Due to the fact that international postal services temporarily do not work on the territory of Ukraine, all orders are sent through Europe (Poland and Romania). Delivery of all parcels from Ukraine to Europe is carried out by private ground transport and takes 2-3 days. After that, packages from Europe are sent by UPS worldwide. For customers from Europe, shipping orders by DPD is also available.

Parcels are rarely lost, but unfortunately sometimes this happens. We are fully responsible for the safety of your parcels. If the postal service loses your package, we will refund your money in full, including the expedited shipping fee (if paid). Or we can fulfill your order again completely at our expense. You can choose any of the two options.

For US and Canada customers, we ship orders by UPS or UPS Express.

It is not very difficult to take care of our products, since the fabrics are quite durable and unpretentious. You can wash it by hand at a water temperature of up to 40 degrees, and in a washing machine on a gentle mode. Try not to allow contact with rough items of clothing during washing and storage, as clues may appear. Do not use aggressive bleaches and detergents, it is better to use liquid detergents. You can squeeze the products, dry them on a hanger. It is not necessary to iron the products if they have been dried in a flattened state. If necessary, it can be ironed from the wrong side in the mode for silk fabrics (no more than 110 degrees). ITEMS WITH FRINGED SHOULD BE WASHED ONLY BY HAND
